This malting plant project, initiated in 2012, offers significant advantages. One of its key features is a single 2 x 4 m intake pit, allowing for the quick and efficient processing of large volumes of barley for malting. It utilizes galvanized and stainless steel conveyors with capacities of up to 100 t/h, providing durability against environmental factors.
Special sorting machines for both barley and malt ensure the production of high-quality products. The facility includes 10 hopper silos, each with a capacity of 182 tons, offering ample storage space for prolonged periods. Aspiration systems with filters on the plant and cleaners improve air quality by preventing dust dispersion.
Additionally, custom stainless steel mixing augers facilitate malt mass handling, making the entire setup reliable, efficient, and user-friendly.
