The fastest and most reliable method for collecting a representative sample from a vehicle:
- Suitable for all types of agricultural grains.
- Patented and proven sampling precision.
- A European market leader.
- Automatic transfer of the sample to the laboratory.
- Integration with weighbridge and sampler control.
Application
In grain trade and procurement, incoming goods testing aims to provide efficient sampling for quick and, above all, accurate assessment of deliveries. Since contamination and inconsistent quality can strongly influence results, ensuring the representativeness of each sample is crucial. Proper sampling is essential for quality assurance, documentation, and full traceability. Sampling can conveniently be carried out while the truck remains on the weighbridge.
Operation
The sampling spear is inserted into the grain mass using a remote control. This process collects a true cross-sectional sample inside the inner tube of the spear. The Rakoraf system works with a patented Convac air circulation system, which eliminates suction directly from the product. As a result, no lightweight particles such as dust, dirt, or broken kernels are drawn in from the surroundings. The air stream only carries the material gathered inside the spear and transports it through a PVC hose to the laboratory or weighing room. There, the air and grain are separated in a receiving container, the sample is discharged, and ready for quality inspection.
Installation
The Rakoraf sampler is installed on a dedicated foundation. The positioning is adapted to site-specific conditions. Its working and swiveling range can be preset, allowing for rotation of up to approximately 350°, which covers a diameter of 4.8 to 8.8 meters.
Control
The CEE model operates fully under electro-mechanical control.
