This 2022/2023 grain plant project in Lithuania is designed for efficient and large-scale grain processing and storage. The intake pit, measuring 15 x 3.7 meters, allows for a high volume of grain intake. With conveyors, bucket elevators, and a cleaner capable of handling 150 tons per hour, the plant ensures smooth and rapid grain handling. The 50 tons per hour gas grain dryer enhances productivity by accelerating the drying process. For storage, the plant includes three hopper silos with a capacity of 477 m³ each and six hopper silos at 234 m³ each, alongside two flat bottom silos with capacities of 2,348 m³ and 952 m³ respectively. The unloading system, with an 80 tons per hour capacity, further supports streamlined loading into trucks, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end process from intake to storage and distribution.
